RR takes ultimate care in handling grapes and wines. The quality of the wines depends on it!

It follows that the finished wine should be handled carefully during transport to the consumer, assuring “cellar” conditions that protect flavors and aromas as much as possible. In order to do this, RR pays attention to when we ship and how the wine is protected during shipping.

When we Ship: Spring and Fall are Best

Conditions for shipping nationwide are optimal in the Spring (April-June, approximately) and Fall (September-November, approximately). As an incentive, we offer FREE FedEx Ground shipping on all full case purchases shipped during these designated periods.

Protecting the Wine During Shipment

All full-case orders of RR wines come off the bottling line packaged in RR's unique, custom-designed shipping case. RR designed the case with our box manufacturer (Boise-Cascade) to permit shipment without repackaging or use of Styrofoam. The case passes FedEx protection certification tests, is 100% corrugated and therefore easily reused or recycled, has easy hand-holds, and can double as an ottoman, if you like!

• If you can't wait, we'll ship your wine via FedEx Air for an additional charge.
• If you are purchasing less than a case we have a simple shipping and handling fee arrangement.
• For all shipments, we monitor weather forecasts before shipment to avoid questionable conditions.
